What is the point of this challenge?
For 100 days we are committing to doing at least one thing every single day so that it becomes a good habit or NOT doing something to break a bad habit. As this is a health and fitness blog we are focused on getting fit, getting in shape and leading a healthier lifestyle. The concept of the Skinny Bones 100 Day Challenge.
How much does it cost?
It's FREE
What do I do if I make a mistake and miss one day? Have I failed? Do I have to start all over again?
Failing is a given on this challenge because no-one is perfect. You can f*ck up 10% of the time. We have this currency called Skinny Bones and you get 10 to start with. Any time you think you've 'failed' you have to convince the rest of the team that you deserve to sacrifice one of your bones. If you make it to the end of the challenge with at least one bone, you made it!
And the good thing is you can complete bonus tasks and get bonus bones. So if you are getting a bit low on bones you can get some back, or you can bank them for future disasters.
There are no re-starts because life is not a dress rehearsal - just keep going and you'll be making great progress.

100 Days seems a long time -- I can barely go 2 weeks without stuffing up?
We have split the challenge into 10 Phases of 10 Days each. Each Phase has a set of bonus tasks, an invitation to post on a particular subject (the mid point challenge) and some other things I'm going to invent along the way. Check in is on day 90, 80, 70 etc. (we are counting down to 0).
Phase One -- X Marks the Spot -- set goals and track them
Phase Two -- Assembling the Crew -- recruit your support team
Phase Three -- Setting Sail -- leaving the past behind
Phase Four -- Stormy Weather -- when the going gets tough
Phase Five -- Mutiny -- your body and mind is rebelling
Phase Six -- Leaky Boat -- your motivation has drained away
Phase Seven -- Land Ahoy! -- the end is in sight
Phase Eight -- On Dry Land -- the hard part is over
Phase Nine -- Following the Map -- almost there
Phase Ten -- Finding the Treasure -- your reward awaits
What does that all mean??
