Hi all,
I did okay on Phase 2. I have exercised and haven't eaten sugar since the beginning-I am so happy for that and I did lose 1 pound...yeah!! I still want to be less stressed about my weight, I will practice smaller food portions on the week-ends so I don't feel tempted to weight myself to see the "damage".

ReplyDeleteConcentrate on the good stuff - you've been training consistently and given up the sugar (which is not easy). The rest will come if you relax.
Somehow this sprung into my head while I was writing which is surprising because I am not particularly religious (I prefer spiritual) so it must be especially for you ...
